Validate me
Have you ever replayed a memory of something that happened to you or in front of you in your head? Or even replayed a memory that someone may have told you about another or yourself? Or even pondered a question of a memory over and over in your head that you were trying to figure out what happened at this event to cause this negative energy… so then a reason or story line pops into your head. You do this without knowing the full truth or it may be only your truth… And not the others truth. Even if your there watching it play out. I call these stories… story lines that we feel validate us. We don’t always know what is in someone’s head and what they were thinking at the time or we see only a partial view of what we thought happened. Creating these stories, the end all, the ending to what we think happened.. Creating, havoc, depression, distrust, sadness, worry and fear.
So many thoughts run through our heads…story, after story, after story. We think we know what we know…But do we really? Is it that simple? So many scenarios that it can be… but yet, is it really? Is it really the story we tell our self? Even if we are a witness to something said… we all see it different, interpret it different... remember it different… feel it different… If we engage in the difference, we will never be who we really are.
But instead, ask ourselves… why are we feeling this way? Does it help, does it hurt, does it explain anything? Truly deep down… it doesn’t matter. What matters is the quietness and the sound of our own heartbeat. The sensation of ringing in our ears…calling on our thoughts about others and the storylines we persevere in.
To love oneself Is to love another… then we can further change in our own lives. Truly change is within all of us. Silence the chatter…silence the stories. It’s time for change, it’s time for the new universe to bring true happiness. It’s not about ignoring, it’s about what truly matters… You matter… we matter… they matter… I matter!
No more Stories…Be at peace….
